How do you pronounce it?
emrgnc is not an acronym for something complex. It simply sounds like it looks ~ emergence.

Our mind often has a preconception as to how things look and what things are.
When you look at the picture top left, do you see a rock and its shadow, or a hole and the rock that came from it? Both may be right.
When we see a word like emrgnc that looks familiar, but is not right, we may not recognize it. We often then get a twinge of dissonance - as something doesn't make sense.
We know we know the word, but feel it is unfamiliar.
Being aware that actually there is no 'e' sound in the three spare 'e's in emergence, we see that convention gives them context, and also gives them meaning.
As meaning seeking beings we do not let go of meaning easily, unless it is replaced by something else.
When we see the name emrgnc for the first time - we already have all the essential parts needed to see the whole.
Once we walk through them, it is easy to see and hear the name, and we reframe - holding both the old thinking and the new knowledge, embracing both.
Some people see this immediately. Some take a while. And there are many interpretations available.
