emrgnc is the name for a research methodology used to develop the theory and practice of societal emergence.
In the conscious practice of working with communities in emergence, new principles of practice and theories on the structures of consciousness in social systems will need to be developed.
By gaining a clearer understanding of the dynamics within and between societal level structures of consciousness, we might become better equipped to enable the emergence of healthy societies.
This site contains some of the results of a seven year research project into the development of practices for the facilitation of emergences in the consciousness of large scale social systems. The research questions looked into the practices, processes and ethics of such work.
This website is for those people wanting to make a purposeful contribution to their society. It is also for those already making a difference and seeking a community of emergent practice globally operating with proficiency.
The processes, approaches and ethical inquiries discussed are described as the process of emrgnc.
