A facilitator
is someone who makes something easier. A group facilitator makes our
group processes easier. A Thinking Facilitator does more, making
both our group process and our thinking, easier.

Facilitator structures our thinking into points of focus, which
are then seen clearly against a background of the whole, to facilitate
an easy solution
of what once appeared difficult.
